What is needed to rent our trailers?
All that you’ll need is:
Valid North Carolina Driver’s License.
Valid up to date Insurance card for your tow vehicle.
Valid Credit Card for the fully refundable Deposit.
Are Deposits fully refundable?
Yes. Deposit will be returned when trailer is returned with no missing equipment, and no damages. The deposit will be returned less any fees, Tolls, or cost of missing or damaged equipment.
Is there a minimum age to rent our trailers?
Yes, our trailer insurance requires renters to be at least 25 years old.
Do you offer the option of delivering the trailer to the Customer’s Home, Office or other address that is more convenient and closer to the renter?
We have FLEXIBLE trailer options to either meet you at our lot or one of our designated local public spaces to meet and pickup & return your trailer rental. Or if you prefer the convenience of having your trailer brought straight to your front door. We can do that too. Just call with your home address, and we can quote the small charge based on mileage.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
We understand plans can change. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Bookings canceled within 24 hours of confirmation are eligible for a full refund, no penalties applied.
